A8 PRO Lombard - Pawnshop Automation
Automation of pawnshop business processes: loans, pledges, reporting.
The program "A8 PRO LOMBARD" is an operational accounting of Pawn Tickets, Clients, and Property.
The program generates reports regulated by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State Credit Bureau of Kazakhstan, as well as internal reporting for analyzing the activities of the Pawnshop.
Any Hardware
Accounting can be kept on the least demanding equipment: ordinary computers, laptops, monoblocks.

Works both with ordinary Fiscal cash registers and based on WebKassa.

Cashiers' work accounting
The daily user is a cashier-appraiser! They don't have time to click the mouse many times and keep track of everything being correct. The program will do everything for them: auto-filling via an ID reader, integration with the terrorist list, and pop-up tooltips. Everything is as convenient as possible and most importantly – correctly formalized!
Accountants' Work Area
The most demanding of details. During the development of the program, Accountants with extensive experience were invited to explain the logic of postings "on their fingers". Thanks to this, an ideal auto-exchange with 1C:Accounting for the RK is configured. The accountant does not waste time on red tape — all reports to various departments are ready in a few clicks!
It is kept strictly in accordance with legal requirements for special accounts and sub-accounts and does not require manual adjustments in 1C.

Pre-installed categories of items:
Pawnshop Tariffs
One or multiple tariff plans can be set (for example, different conditions for jewelry):
General settings:
- Arbitrary tariff name.
- Minimum loan amount (appraiser will not accept a pledge below the sum).
- Rounding ("arithmetic", "always up", "always down").
- Grace free days without interest.
- Maximum number of prolongations (extensions) limit.
- MCI limit settings (for example, the tariff is valid only for an amount < 50 MCI).
By the main loan term:
- Minimum and Maximum period (for example, strictly from 5 to 30 days).
- Calculation of the number of days: "Normal" (pledge on the 1st, buyout on the 3rd = 2 days) or "Plus day" (= 3 days).
- Interest grids (the % rate per day is set for certain periods of being in pledge).
By grace period (Overdue):
- Duration of the grace period of delay.
- Checkbox "add % of the main term" to the penalty.
- Storage fee (per day, affects the AERR).
- Cashier assessment cost per ticket (affects AERR).
Cashier – appraiser workplace
The strict style can be changed to simple if desired. Full control of the entire process:
Left panel:
- Current cash drawer amount.
- Buttons for depositing and withdrawing funds (I/O).
- Setting prices for gold, silver, and platinum.
- Loan calculator without creating a ticket.
- "Shift" button with reports. Force exchange and close.
Bottom panel:
- Screen turning off with a password step aside.
- "Supervisor" mode.
- List of all current overdue tickets (with a days filter).
- SMS/mail newsletter module to clients.
- View all Clients and Pawn Tickets.
- "Storno" button to sell property and finish payments.
Right panel:
- Fully functional on-screen keyboard for entering IINs.
- "Barcode" function (searching for tickets or things for sale).
- On-the-fly Customer Base Management.
Pawn tickets (PT)
Main part of the job. The program automatically calculates the tariff when issuing.
- Print & Photo: Хранит до 12 фотографий изделий, печать договоров.
- Redemption: Полное закрытие, печать доп. соглашений, возможность скидок.
- Частичный выкуп: Можно выкупить только одно изделие из билета. Auto-перерасчет и пролонгация.
- Prolongation (Extension): Указание дней, скидки на вознаграждение, печать новых допов.
- Withdrawal from pledge (Trades): Строгий программный контроль. Невыкупленные вещи переводятся в статус номенклатуры (ей присваивается штрих-код и бирка) для реализации.
Jewelry / Металлы
Strict accounting of Gold, Silver and Platinum by Fineness and Carats.
The maximum possible price for accepting as a pledge is set for different finenesses.
Directories: Clients and Prepress
Client Card: Creation from ID smart card scans. Uploading photos and screens. Strict control over the IIN validity.
Client Rating: Used for the Pawnshop Loyalty Program.
Contract Templates: Stores all print templates. Any template can be changed via the editor for your organization!
"Shift" Processing
Here the registries are generated and regulated reports are unloaded to the SCB.
- Daily shift summary report.
